General Overview
We design self-pierce riveted joints for the customer that provide the highest possible strength and integrity. We determine the proper rivet and die combination that optimizes the integrity of the joint. Our self-piercing studs (SPS) have a high degree of mechanical strength that withstand impact, torque, and vibration. When your application needs to hold up to a heavy load, with the added benefit of minimal electrical current resistance, our self-piercing studs are perfect for grounding. The insertion process for SPR and SPS is clean, with no sparks, spatter, waste, or fumes.
