When Japanese semiconductor manufacturer decided to expand its site last October, they needed extra air in order to get their production line up and running as soon as possible.
Indoor installation: local expert quickly on site for full assessment
What appeared like a simple project, quickly became a complex one. In normal circumstances, our compressors are installed outdoor, but in this case, the available space on the production site was confined. We therefore agreed to install the compressors indoor although this is never ideal. It carries the risk that, when running, the equipment heats up which would rapidly increase the room temperature. Thanks to our international network, we managed to rapidly send one of our experts to the site to assess whether the PTE compressors could be installed inside the building. Based on an extensive analysis of the specific situation and years of previous experience, we felt this would not bring any risk to the production lines and gave green light. The commissioning of the production equipment could safely take-off!

The excellent global connection with the Korean team enabled Rental Japan to import the PTE compressors and smoothly answer the demand of the customer.
