Laxmi Industries makesuse of Atlas Copco onsite nitrogen generators to meet their nitrogen requirement for laser cutting. Atlas Copco compressors have proved to be quite efficient and have also reduced their concern around handling nitrogen cyclinders. Let's hear it from the customer.

 

The customer explains, "We have been using 30 Nm3/hr capacity onsite nitrogen generator from Atlas Copco, which means the customer pays just INR 5/m3. Compared to the earlier expense of INR 22 /m3 (when depending on nitrogen delivered in the form of cylinders), this has meant a significant saving for the customer. 

 

During their initial engagement, they also learned about the benefits of VSD compressors. The Atlas Copco 20kW VSD+ compressor meant an energy saving of up to 16%. The use of onsite nitrogen generator also had an impact on finishing: they were able to acheive a shiny cut on SS, aluminium and brass. This reduces the need for post-production work such as cleaning, burring and grinding. All of this meant not just a satisfied customer but and end customer sastisfaction as well thanks to the quality of the end product.
