Day in the Life - Field Service Engineer Mazvydas Gabrilaitis
Each day for our many dedicated FSE can be quite varied, we operate in an industry where there is an element of unpredictability around what needs to be done. Our team always put our customers’ needs first. We have a very open transparent way of communicating with each other and I believe that serves our business very well. Each day is an opportunity to learn something new, be it a new system process or one of our new products.

What did you do before this and how does it compare?
For over 10 years I worked as a Field Service Engineer/Support Engineer providing maintenance, repairs, and installations for all Cash processing, ATM banking products. During this time, I carried out frequent site visits to major country cash centres and banks. I decided to join the Atlas Copco Group because I have a strong interest in the products, and the services we provide. I have found it to be a challenging yet rewarding career move.
