Speaking on his appointment, Eric said: "My appointment comes at a time where we are currently experiencing unprecedented circumstances on a global scale, our number one priority is the health & safety of everyone and we have introduced control measures in order to be able to assist customers in essential areas. "Throughout the last number of weeks in particular, how we do business has changed. Many people can work remotely, we communicate with our customers over various different video conferencing platforms."

"Having many years of experience in the Aftermarket Division of Atlas Copco in Ireland, the focus of my new mission will be to build upon the structure we have in place.  

"Delivering Service Excellence to our customers.  The three pillars in which our structure is based are, Marketing/Sales, Operations and Technical. We have a great team in place that cover these three areas to excellent effect," said Eric.
