We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer for Oil Free Air and Industrial gases product line to join our growing team in Taiwan.  

The mission: 

  • Develop & implement effective business plan (sales coverage and competency development) to support OFA's mission & growth plan.
  • Develop & implement business plan for in line with OFA’s growth strategy & direction.

Job Description:

  • Achieve sales target within Oil Free Air product range in assigned territory.
  • Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
  • Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributors.
  • To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the Business Line Manager’s instructions.
  • Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
  • Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team
    - To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.
    - To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.
    - Communication with product team in obtaining product support.
     

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment. Some knowledge of Oil Free Air  & Industrial Gases will be added advantage.
  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial machinery sales.
  • Position of Sr. Sales can be considered for successful incumbent with higher Sales Experience

Knowledge:

  • Computer literate including Microsoft skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is essential
  • Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Personality Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Have driving license.
