Atlas Copco Ireland has shown company-wide steady growth over the last number of years, and in order to continue this positive trend, we are expanding our local sales team in both the Equipment and Aftermarket Division.
Atlas Copco Ireland Ltd are pleased to announce that Matthew Havlin will take up the position of Oil Free Air Sales Engineer with the effect from June 1st, 2018. Matthew will further develop all Oil-Free Air Division products, particularly building the Low Pressure and Industrial Gasses business. With his strong experience on sales and customer management, we are confident Matthew will contribute positively to the future development of the Atlas Copco compressor growth in Ireland.
I am delighted to join the Oil-Free Air division after three years in Industrial Air. My aim will be to contribute to the continued profitable growth that this division has seen here in Ireland over the last years. At the same time I intend to bring the knowledge I gained in the Industrial Gases (e.g.: nitrogen generation), which have been such a success for our Industrial Air customers, to more of our Oil-Free customers.
Oil Free Air: protecting your reputation and production
In virtually any application, oil contamination of the air supply causes serious productivity issues and increases costs. As the first manufacturer to receive ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010) certification for its oil-free air blowers, Atlas Copco has set a new standard in air purity. Focusing on the protection of critical applications as well as today’s increasing quality demands, Atlas Copco offers TÜV-certified 100% oil-free air.
Low Pressure
The low-pressure Blower range offers a reliable supply of compressed air, which is critical to ensure process continuity. Incorporating Atlas Copco’s proven screw technology and long standing internal engineering practices, the ZS range guarantees exceptional reliability. Designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO 9001 certification, the unique ZS stands for uninterrupted production.
Driving down energy cost
Energy costs can amount to 80% of the Life Cycle Costs of a blower. The ZS screw range reduces energy costs by an average of 30% when compared to lobe technology. The integrated Variable Speed Drive (VSD) offers extra energy savings by automatically tuning the compressed air flow precisely to the customer’s air demand.
