Oxygen gas is one of the vital objects and requirements that facilitate the pace of work in industry and medicine. It is also used in several processes related to all aspects of the industrial process. In the Atlas Copco Egypt, the best oxygen generator company are available.
Oxygen generators separate oxygen from air so that the gas can be fed into industrial processes in real-time or stored in pressure tanks. ... Normal ambient air is made up of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and other trace gases like argon and CO2. In order to remove the nitrogen and trace gases, an oxygen generator is used.
- We’re known for our best-in-class efficiency in compressed air and oxygen generation.
- Our oxygen generators are already being used across the globe – a testament to Atlas Copco’s reliability.
- Since Atlas Copco Egypt can provide all of the technologies from a single source, you do not have to deal with multiple vendors to get your oxygen gas or even worry about any compatibility issues. our Atlas Copco specialist is never far away for a free consultation visit
Why to choose Atlas Copco oxygen generators?
As a leader in the use and development of PSA technology for compressed air treatment, Atlas Copco has the know-how needed to build top-quality oxygen generators:
What are the uses of oxygen generators?
Oxygen generators are used in dozens of industrial applications ranging from gold mining to aquaculture to life support such as: • Steel • Food & beverage • Pharmaceuticals & healthcare • Plastic injection molding • Electronics • Laser cutting • Semiconductors • Gold and silver mining/extraction • Oxyfuel combustion • Chemicals & petroleum processing • Pulp & paper • Metal heat treatment/ refining • Cable & optical fiber • Glass • Fire prevention • Fish farming • Waste-water treatment
Oxygen is also combined with other gases and used in gas welding, gas cutting, flame cleaning, flame hardening and flame straightening. And the source of all this oxygen is either Oxygen tanks or an on-site Oxygen Generator.
How does an oxygen generator work?
Oxygen Generators and Oxygen Concentrators use a similar working principle which is pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. The generator consists of two separate pressure vessels filled with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) material that separates the oxygen from the incoming air. At any time, one of these vessels produces oxygen while the other is “regenerating” its saturated ZMS.
