Option 1 STbench
Scope of service
• Installation of QA Supervisor software & licensing (Flexera) • Configuration of the communication interface between STbench & QA Supervisor • Update of the firmware on the measuring bench & update of the measuring card afterwards • Functional test • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.* or
Option 2 Measuring equipment (e.g. ACTA, STa6000, STwrench)
Scope of service
• Installation of the QA Supervisor software & licensing (Flexera) • Firmware update for up to 4 measuring devices • Functional test • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.* The installation is done remotely via web session. * The connection to the customer portal in connection with EasyStart QA Supervisor is limited to a free use of 12 weeks.
Note
User training is required for proper handling of the QA Supervisor software. In addition, knowledge of general tightening techniques is also recommended. We are happy to support you in the competence development of your employees with application and knowledge oriented training courses.
Prerequisites
To install the software, access to the customer's IT infrastructure is required (SMPT access). The required information is requested in advance by our software technicians in a meeting with the customer's IT (scope call). Installation on the scheduled date can only take place if the information has been provided in advance.
