Scope of service

For one indicator (STpalm / STpad / STa6000) with up to two transducers (IRTT / SRTT / STwrench)*. • Commissioning of the corresponding measurement product • Integration into the customer IT infrastructure • Updating of firmware (if required) • Programming of parameter sets and execution of 2 test MFUs / PFUs according to customer specification • Initial calibration of transducers (IRTT / SRTT / STwrench) incl. result report: one direction of rotation, torque and angle of rotation (in the lab, factory calibration according to Atlas Copco Global Standard/Service**) • Connection of accessories (e.g. radio/cable adapter, barcode scanner) • Worker training in the handling of the equipment and the QA Inspector software for up to 5 workers (max. 2 hours) • Start-up support for productive use of the system (max. 1 hour) • EasyStart sign-off report * Additional sensors are charged with an extra 30%. ** DAkkS calibration possible, price on request.

Prerequisites

• Please make sure all test tools are available when the Atlas Copco service technician is at your site. If these tools are not available on the scheduled date, this function cannot be executed. • Specifications for programming the parameter sets to execute machine capability tests and for the accessories and communications interface must be provided by the customer in advance. • A check-list for entering the specifications and information about the preparatory work to be performed by the customer shall be provided when scheduling appointments. • Please make sure all work can be performed without the Atlas Copco technicians having to wait.
