Tips on how to maintain local contact information

• Always add a title with the function title.  This will allow for easy updates
• When someone new starts: first check whether the contact banner for that position is already live.  Update that one instead of creating a new one.
• NEVER delete a contact as this will be linked with live pages.  Rather update for automatic clean up on all pages using this reference
