Bolt tensioning ancillary equipment

Air driven pump units designed and constructed to be fail safe, user friendly, lightweight and compact. They work on a simple but efficient principle, power is magnified through differential piston areas. A large pneumatic piston drives a smaller hydraulic piston, which provides fluid flow at high pressure. Pump assemblies can be supplied in many combinations, a choice of air motors and pressure gauges are available to ensure that the correct assembly is specified to meet the bolt tensioning requirements. The pump is fitted with a safety on off valve.

A light weight and compact designed manually operated hand pump, perfect for pressurising smaller bolt tensioners. The unit offers two speed operation which reduces the handle strokes by as much as 75% over single speed pumps. Lower handle effort minimizes operator fatigue.

Link Hose System is the quick and easy way to connect multiple or single bolt tensioning tools to a power pack pump. The high quality flexible hose is fitted with suitable male and female quick release hydraulic connections that makes linking bolt tensioning tools a very rapid and intuitive task. Link Hoses are supplied in 1m, 1.3m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m & 3 m lengths. Other lengths are available on request.
